Highlights of Rwanda Tour: 8Days/7Nights

Day 1: Pick up at Kigali airport and sightseeing tour through the city. Option to visit the Gisozi Genocide Memorial and arts and craft centers.

Day 2: Drive to Butare and visit the national museum and Nyanza Hill. Transfer in the afternoon to Nyungwe Forest.

Day 3: Forest walk through Nyungwe Park or take the waterfall trail to visit the beautiful waterfall.

Day 4: Drive to Kibuye on the shores of Lake Kivu for lunch, then proceed to gisenyi for the night.

Day 5:Relax on the beach in the morning or go for a nature walk along the shore. In the afternoon drive to Volcanoes National Park.

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park. In the afternoon return to your hotel.

Day 7: Choose from one of the following activities: nature walk through the national park, visit golden monkeys, climb the volcano, tour LakseRuhondo and Burera, or visit Diane Fossey’s grave. You may also do another mountain gorilla trek.

Day 8: Return to Kigali for your outbound flight.
