Day 1: Meet you on your arrival at Kigali airport, do Kigali city sightseeing tour, visit to Gisozi genocide Memorial and after drive to Musanze for Overnight. If time allows we will visit the community around the volcanoes in Iby’iwacu culture village where you will spend the evening while interacting and learning our culture. Stay in MOUNTAIN GORILLA VIEW LODGE
Day 2: Early morning, drive to volcanoes national park foot hills for Gorilla trekking; We can organize your visit to Susan group, after the visit drive to Gisenyi and on the way stopover to visit pygmy community with dancing pots experience, visit the Imbabazi where you can learn more about this orphanage and later in the afternoon interact with fishermen in Rubona fishing village. Overnight in Safaris tents at Inzu Lodge
Day 3: One Day Hiking from Gisenyi to Cyimbiri village: After breakfast start with Gisenyi city tour and after go hike the congo-nile trail which is a long lake Kivu. On the way stopover for beautiful photography; visit local community and birdwaching and get the coffee experience from crop to cup with the coffee famers. Relax on calm private beach and Overnight with the community in Cyimbiri Bay.
Day 4: Hike from Cyimbiri to Kinunu via Nkora Fishing village and arrive there on lunch time. From Kinunu continue experiencing the best of Congo-nile trail driving in typical villages, interact with people, visiting local markets, learning a lot from Rwandan culture. Arriving in Kibuye later in the afternoon relax and enjoy the Kivu sunset .Overnight in Kibuye on shores of Lake Kivu at Cormoran Lodge or Moriah Hill Resort.
Day 5: In morning after your breakfast, go for a boat tour relaxing on both beautiful islands Napoleon and Amahoro islands, visit Kibuye Natural Museum then drive to Nyungwe National Park. On the way stopover and Visit Esperance Orphanage in Mugonero. Many stopover on the way for photography. Arriving in Nyungwe check in Nyungwe Lodge.
Day 6: After Breakfast go to Canopy walk and after return to your lodge and check-in Nyungwe Forest Lodge, Have a lunch and after start hike to the Isumo trail, later spend the evening relaxing in this beautiful Nyungwe lodge.
Day 7: In morning after the breakfast we will drive to Kigali. If we have time we will visit on the way the Rwanda Ethnographic National Museum and proceed to Kigali where we will arrive around lunchtime. Transfer you to your hotel or at the airport for your evening depature.
